The Management team has spent a lifetime committed to the production and marketing of olive oil. Currently the two brothers Fernando and Eusebio Garcia de la Cruz direct and manage the company from its two Head Offices in Spain and the USA.<\/p>\n

QUALITY I+D+I<\/h2>\n
This is one of the basic mainstays of the company. Always to the forefront of the olive oil sector, our Department of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Protection of the Environment and I+D+I carry out exhaustive controls on the olive oil from the moment of the harvest of the olives to the delivery of the finished product to our clients. In addition they are responsible for keeping up to date all the quality and environment systems we have implemented in our company: IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, ecological products included in EU-R 834\/2007, USA-NOP, Japan-JAS and China). We also have 12 tasting experts who select the olive oils according to the profile best suited to the demands of each market.<\/p>\n

ALMAZARA (foto Ismael)<\/strong><\/p>A\u00f1os de experiencia avalan a nuestro personal de almazara, los cuales garantizan el buen desarrollo de todo el proceso de molienda. Desde el momento de la recolecci\u00f3n de la aceituna, nuestro personal trabaja a contrarreloj para que el fruto sea procesado antes de cuatro horas, y con ello evitar su deterioro, manteniendo la m\u00e1xima calidad del aceite.<\/p>
BODEGA<\/strong><\/p>La conservaci\u00f3n es uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importante. El equipo humano responsable de esta parte del proceso es nuestro mejor aval para garantizar el perfecto mantenimiento de todas las propiedades del aceite.<\/p>
CALIDAD E I+D+I<\/strong><\/p>Es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales. Estando siempre en la vanguardia del sector, nuestro departamento de Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Medio Ambiente e I+D+I implementa controles exhaustivos en el aceite, desde la recogida del fruto hasta la entrega del producto terminado a nuestros clientes. De igual modo se encarga de mantener actualizados todos los sistemas de calidad y medio ambiente que tenemos implantados en nuestra empresa (IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, productos ecol\u00f3gicos en Uni\u00f3n Europea-R 834\/2007, EEUU-NOP, Jap\u00f3n-JAS y China). Nuestro equipo realiza un seguimiento exhaustivo de cada uno de los olivos de forma sistem\u00e1tica, cuidando al m\u00e1ximo el desarrollo del fruto y realizando la recolecci\u00f3n en el momento \u00f3ptimo para garantizar la obtenci\u00f3n del AOVE de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/p>
ALMAZARA (foto Ismael)<\/strong><\/p>A\u00f1os de experiencia avalan a nuestro personal de almazara, los cuales garantizan el buen desarrollo de todo el proceso de molienda. Desde el momento de la recolecci\u00f3n de la aceituna, nuestro personal trabaja a contrarreloj para que el fruto sea procesado antes de cuatro horas, y con ello evitar su deterioro, manteniendo la m\u00e1xima calidad del aceite.<\/p>
BODEGA<\/strong><\/p>La conservaci\u00f3n es uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importante. El equipo humano responsable de esta parte del proceso es nuestro mejor aval para garantizar el perfecto mantenimiento de todas las propiedades del aceite.<\/p>
CALIDAD E I+D+I<\/strong><\/p>Es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales. Estando siempre en la vanguardia del sector, nuestro departamento de Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Medio Ambiente e I+D+I implementa controles exhaustivos en el aceite, desde la recogida del fruto hasta la entrega del producto terminado a nuestros clientes. De igual modo se encarga de mantener actualizados todos los sistemas de calidad y medio ambiente que tenemos implantados en nuestra empresa (IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, productos ecol\u00f3gicos en Uni\u00f3n Europea-R 834\/2007, EEUU-NOP, Jap\u00f3n-JAS y China). Nuestro equipo realiza un seguimiento exhaustivo de cada uno de los olivos de forma sistem\u00e1tica, cuidando al m\u00e1ximo el desarrollo del fruto y realizando la recolecci\u00f3n en el momento \u00f3ptimo para garantizar la obtenci\u00f3n del AOVE de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/p>
ALMAZARA (foto Ismael)<\/strong><\/p>A\u00f1os de experiencia avalan a nuestro personal de almazara, los cuales garantizan el buen desarrollo de todo el proceso de molienda. Desde el momento de la recolecci\u00f3n de la aceituna, nuestro personal trabaja a contrarreloj para que el fruto sea procesado antes de cuatro horas, y con ello evitar su deterioro, manteniendo la m\u00e1xima calidad del aceite.<\/p>
BODEGA<\/strong><\/p>La conservaci\u00f3n es uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importante. El equipo humano responsable de esta parte del proceso es nuestro mejor aval para garantizar el perfecto mantenimiento de todas las propiedades del aceite.<\/p>
CALIDAD E I+D+I<\/strong><\/p>Es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales. Estando siempre en la vanguardia del sector, nuestro departamento de Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Medio Ambiente e I+D+I implementa controles exhaustivos en el aceite, desde la recogida del fruto hasta la entrega del producto terminado a nuestros clientes. De igual modo se encarga de mantener actualizados todos los sistemas de calidad y medio ambiente que tenemos implantados en nuestra empresa (IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, productos ecol\u00f3gicos en Uni\u00f3n Europea-R 834\/2007, EEUU-NOP, Jap\u00f3n-JAS y China). Adem\u00e1s, contamos con cinco expertos catadores que seleccionan los aceites en funci\u00f3n del perfil adecuado que cada mercado demanda.<\/p>

ALMAZARA (foto Ismael)<\/strong><\/p>A\u00f1os de experiencia avalan a nuestro personal de almazara, los cuales garantizan el buen desarrollo de todo el proceso de molienda. Desde el momento de la recolecci\u00f3n de la aceituna, nuestro personal trabaja a contrarreloj para que el fruto sea procesado antes de cuatro horas, y con ello evitar su deterioro, manteniendo la m\u00e1xima calidad del aceite.<\/p>
BODEGA<\/strong><\/p>La conservaci\u00f3n es uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importante. El equipo humano responsable de esta parte del proceso es nuestro mejor aval para garantizar el perfecto mantenimiento de todas las propiedades del aceite.<\/p>

ENVASADORA<\/strong><\/p>Tres equipos<\/strong> son los encargados de envasar el aceite en los formatos y calidades demandados por nuestros clientes, que posteriormente se distribuir\u00e1 por todo el mundo. Contamos con la \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda en todo el proceso de envasado, el cual est\u00e1 completamente automatizado. <\/strong><\/p>MARKETING<\/strong><\/p>El equipo de marketing trabaja para anticiparse a las demandas de los consumidores, identificarlas y satisfacerlas, creando los productos que mejor se adaptan a sus necesidades y al estilo de vida actual. Nuestro equipo realiza un seguimiento exhaustivo de cada uno de los olivos de forma sistem\u00e1tica, cuidando al m\u00e1ximo el desarrollo del fruto y realizando la recolecci\u00f3n en el momento \u00f3ptimo para garantizar la obtenci\u00f3n del AOVE de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/p>
ALMAZARA (foto Ismael)<\/strong><\/p>A\u00f1os de experiencia avalan a nuestro personal de almazara, los cuales garantizan el buen desarrollo de todo el proceso de molienda. Desde el momento de la recolecci\u00f3n de la aceituna, nuestro personal trabaja a contrarreloj para que el fruto sea procesado antes de cuatro horas, y con ello evitar su deterioro, manteniendo la m\u00e1xima calidad del aceite.<\/p>
BODEGA<\/strong><\/p>La conservaci\u00f3n es uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importante. El equipo humano responsable de esta parte del proceso es nuestro mejor aval para garantizar el perfecto mantenimiento de todas las propiedades del aceite.<\/p>
CALIDAD E I+D+I<\/strong><\/p>Es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales. Estando siempre en la vanguardia del sector, nuestro departamento de Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Medio Ambiente e I+D+I implementa controles exhaustivos en el aceite, desde la recogida del fruto hasta la entrega del producto terminado a nuestros clientes. De igual modo se encarga de mantener actualizados todos los sistemas de calidad y medio ambiente que tenemos implantados en nuestra empresa (IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, productos ecol\u00f3gicos en Uni\u00f3n Europea-R 834\/2007, EEUU-NOP, Jap\u00f3n-JAS y China). Adem\u00e1s, contamos con cinco expertos catadores que seleccionan los aceites en funci\u00f3n del perfil adecuado que cada mercado demanda.<\/p>
ENVASADORA<\/strong><\/p>Tres equipos<\/strong> son los encargados de envasar el aceite en los formatos y calidades demandados por nuestros clientes, que posteriormente se distribuir\u00e1 por todo el mundo. Contamos con la \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda en todo el proceso de envasado, el cual est\u00e1 completamente automatizado. <\/strong><\/p>MARKETING<\/strong><\/p>El equipo de marketing trabaja para anticiparse a las demandas de los consumidores, identificarlas y satisfacerlas, creando los productos que mejor se adaptan a sus necesidades y al estilo de vida actual. Con un conocimiento exhaustivo del mercado, realizamos previsiones y estudios para diferenciarnos de la competencia y dise\u00f1ar productos personalizados a la demanda de nuestros clientes.<\/p>

Nuestro equipo realiza un seguimiento exhaustivo de cada uno de los olivos de forma sistem\u00e1tica, cuidando al m\u00e1ximo el desarrollo del fruto y realizando la recolecci\u00f3n en el momento \u00f3ptimo para garantizar la obtenci\u00f3n del AOVE de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/p> ALMAZARA (foto Ismael)<\/strong><\/p> A\u00f1os de experiencia avalan a nuestro personal de almazara, los cuales garantizan el buen desarrollo de todo el proceso de molienda. Desde el momento de la recolecci\u00f3n de la aceituna, nuestro personal trabaja a contrarreloj para que el fruto sea procesado antes de cuatro horas, y con ello evitar su deterioro, manteniendo la m\u00e1xima calidad del aceite.<\/p> BODEGA<\/strong><\/p> La conservaci\u00f3n es uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importante. El equipo humano responsable de esta parte del proceso es nuestro mejor aval para garantizar el perfecto mantenimiento de todas las propiedades del aceite.<\/p> CALIDAD E I+D+I<\/strong><\/p> Es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales. Estando siempre en la vanguardia del sector, nuestro departamento de Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria, Medio Ambiente e I+D+I implementa controles exhaustivos en el aceite, desde la recogida del fruto hasta la entrega del producto terminado a nuestros clientes. De igual modo se encarga de mantener actualizados todos los sistemas de calidad y medio ambiente que tenemos implantados en nuestra empresa (IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, productos ecol\u00f3gicos en Uni\u00f3n Europea-R 834\/2007, EEUU-NOP, Jap\u00f3n-JAS y China). Adem\u00e1s, contamos con cinco expertos catadores que seleccionan los aceites en funci\u00f3n del perfil adecuado que cada mercado demanda.<\/p> ENVASADORA<\/strong><\/p> Tres equipos<\/strong> son los encargados de envasar el aceite en los formatos y calidades demandados por nuestros clientes, que posteriormente se distribuir\u00e1 por todo el mundo.
