The Management team has spent a lifetime committed to the production and marketing of olive oil. Currently the two brothers Fernando and Eusebio Garcia de la Cruz direct and manage the company from its two Head Offices in Spain and the USA.

Our large and specialized field team is responsible for maintaining the olives in perfect conditions throughout the year. The team systematically carries out an exhaustive ongoing control of each of the olive trees, taking the greatest of care with the development of the fruit, and harvesting the olives at the optimum moment to guarantee Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the best possible quality.

GRINDING MILL

The many years of experience of our grinding mill team are a guarantee of quality milling practice. From the moment the olives are picked, our team works against the clock to have them pressed within four hours to avoid deterioration of the olive and to maintain maximum quality of the oil.

Storage is one of the key factors. The quality of the team in charge of this stage of the process is the chief guarantor of maintaining all the properties of the olive oil.

QUALITY I+D+I

This is one of the basic mainstays of the company. Always to the forefront of the olive oil sector, our Department of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Protection of the Environment and I+D+I carry out exhaustive controls on the olive oil from the moment of the harvest of the olives to the delivery of the finished product to our clients. In addition they are responsible for keeping up to date all the quality and environment systems we have implemented in our company: IFS, BRC, 14001, Halal, Kosher, ecological products included in EU-R 834/2007, USA-NOP, Japan-JAS and China). We also have 12 tasting experts who select the olive oils according to the profile best suited to the demands of each market.

Three teams are responsible for bottling the olive oil in the formats and qualities required by our clients, which is subsequently shipped worldwide. We have the latest technology for each stage of the bottling process, which is fully automated.
